1.T2 Schedule 100 Balance sheet information and T2 Schedule 125 Income statement information
2.T2042 Statement of farming activities (redact social insurance number)
3.T4 or payroll records for a minimum of 6 weeks immediately prior to the submission of this LMIA application, pay periods if the temporary foreign worker already works for you (redact social insurance number)
4.如果公司没有税务相关文件,则提供An attestation confirming that your business is in good financial standing and will be able to meet all financial obligations to any temporary foreign worker you hire for the entire duration of their employment
第二类文件 - 公司是否在加拿大本地运营(以下文件中任意一份或多份)
1.Municipal/provincial/territorial business license(valid, i.e. not expired)
2.T4 Summary of remuneration paid
3.PD7A Statement of account for current source deductions
4.An attestation confirming that you are engaged in a legal business that provides a good or a service in Canada where an employee could work and a description of the main business activity. Permanent residency stream only, confirmation that the business has been operating for at least one year must also be included in the attestation.
如果公司在最近两年内申请并且获得过一份Positive的劳工批文,那么以上公司合法性相关文件可不用随新申请递交。如果劳工批文是非近两年内获得的,则需要重新递交公司合法性相关文件。
